If you recall from a post we made last year; you'll consume close to 1,800 calories during Thanksgiving dinner.  After Thanksgiving we're all going to be confronted with extra calories at holidays parties with all those extra treats that taste so good!

One of the best ways to keep the holiday calories in check is to get out and run; running burns anywhere from 600-1000 calories an hour:

Activity (1 hour)   Calories burned:    (130lbs)   (155lbs)  (180lbs)
Running(7mph)                                  679          809         940
Cycling (16-19mph)                           708          844         981
Aerobics(no rest)                              384          457          531
Crossfit                                             472          563          654
Skiing(downhill)                                354          422          490
Football (touch)                                472          563          654
Jump rope(fast)                                590          704          817
Racquet ball                                      590          704          817
Swimming                                         590          704          817
Weightlifting                                     354          422          490
Basketball                                         472          563          654
Walking (3.5mph)                             224           267          311
