Here is the oatmeal recipe, courtesy of my dear friend Katie Roberts. I get the gluten free oats from Gregory's in Bountiful.
1 cup steel cut oats
3 cups water
1 1/4 cup milk (I use soy milk)
3 T brown sugar
1 t vanilla (I add 1 scoop vanilla protien powder)
1 t cinnamon
Butter a bread pan and pour it all in, sprinkle with a bit more cinnamon, then set the pan in a crockpot and fill the pot with water up to the middle of the loaf pan to create a water bath. Cook on low 7-9 hours.
